Project Partners

M.Y.S. Firm logo

M.Y.S. Firm (M.Y.S.), an established partner to the JV with extensive experience in construction-based diversity programming, has been selected to lead community engagement and outreach for Phase III of the LVCC Renovation. As a federally-recognized disadvantaged entity with Woman and Minority-Business Enterprise certification, M.Y.S. will spearhead development and implementation of a tailored inclusion program that will ensure that the 15% minimum of small local businesses’ subcontracting requirement as dictated by Senate Bill 1 (SB1) is attained or exceeded, that Local Minority/Women/Veteran-Owned businesses’ engagement is optimized, and that the local community stays informed and involved. As peers to these target groups, the M.Y.S. team will take advantage of more than a decade of experience facilitating successful outcomes. Believing that the success of small and diverse businesses is directly tied to job creation and long-term economic prosperity for the region, the inclusion team will ensure that these entities are considered at every level of the project.
